I dreamt that I was with my wife and some of our friends. I was playing a music video from the Sugarcubes album More More More! (which does not exist in the waking world), and we were singing along with what lyrics we knew. Instead of Einar Örn, Björk's co-vocalist was a woman, whom I did not recognize.
We played the video twice, so I really should be able to remember more of the lyrics, but unfortunately I've only been able to salvage a couple of lines: "Borneeeeya, I really wanna beeee ya" (which I took to mean "I want to be in Borneo") and (this was a line we all knew and sang along with) "Half under the sea!" There was also a spoken-word interlude in the middle that was a hard-to-follow poem about someone called Carlson going to the Moon and not being afraid. One of our group asked if it meant Tucker Carlson, and I said probably not because he wasn't famous yet when the song was recorded.
After I woke up, I ran a search for "half under the sea" lyrics just to see what would come up. Two of the top results were both from r/PostHardcore, one about a song called "Sky Under the Sea" by a group called Pierce the Veil (from the 2010 album Selfish Machines), and one about a group called Sea in the Sky, and particularly their 2017 album Everything All at Once and its title track. I don't even know what "post-hardcore" means, really (classification into micro-genres is not punk rock in my book), but given my search prompt it was quite a coincidence that I got two different songs from that genre, and that each juxtaposes sky (not in my prompt) with sea. (Cf. the Isle of Skye, recently referenced in "Wonderful Mountain Apes.") Each song is also the last track on its album.
The name Pierce the Veil has obvious Mormon resonances, and the album art is interesting:
Given that the song in my dream included something about someone ("Carlson") going to the Moon, the album art for Everything All at Once is even more interesting:
It's an astronaut, and he seems to be standing on one half of a landmass that has been broken in two. "Half under the sea" suggests Daymon Smith's story about Tol Eressëa (which in Bill Wright's version of the story is not an island but a planet) being split in two and half of it being sunk under the sea.
The name Everything All at Once also caught my eye because I had just read a reference to a very similarly named movie in Dean Radin's The Science of Magic:
These integrative theories suggest that psi operates unconsciously to manifest an individual's desires by continually scanning the past, present, and future. The first three flavors of these theories also assume that psi can influence the environment via PK. In so doing, a meaningful synchronicity is evoked that satisfies your desire. It assumes that perception and influence act "outside" of time, as artistically portrayed in the 2023 Oscar-winning movie Everything Everywhere All at Once.
Here are the two songs, neither of which does much for me musically:
Note added: "The Sky Under the Sea" includes the line "So do that dance in the dark," linking back to Björk via Dancer in the Dark.

That is an interesting picture. And it's "real", i.e., it goes back to a 2021 reddit post. Interestingly enough, when I put the full picture into tineye, it found that it was originally a photograph of a desert (https://unsplash.com/photos/2caYhwM7Xls), that someone had added the image and some kind of background overlaid on top of it.
I would not be surprised if the yellow suit and the sun face were separate images combined for the meme.
I didn't give the meme a second thought, but it's interesting to know where the background comes from. (I believe you were also the one who sleuthed out where the Reality Temple background came from.)
I'm sure Bill will find significance in the golden clothing.
there's a Caravan song (Magic Man) that has the lyrics: I'm a magic man on a sea, in the sky.
Can't say I really dig those songs either, although Everything All At Once's lyrics are relatable.
I'd forgotten that Youtube embed glitch happens on my desktop too, as it's easier to overlook. This instance lined up better than the last one I shared.

I take it the below link is what you're referring to? Interesting that it's part of a "Golden Heart" trilogy. "Dancer" itself could also be relevant given certain things we've discussed privately.

William,
Part 1 of 2
Speaking from a metaphysical lens and following the
symbolism of not only this new dream but,
it appears, many of your recent
dreams and syncs as well, I find it interesting
there are a lot of gold and yellow references.
As you know gold and yellow visually are one and the same.
You wrote: "Borneeeeya, I really wanna beeee ya"
A honey beeee (ya) colors being yellow and gold ( honey)
and black.
Interestingly your wife, a female, is showing you
More More and More.
Recall my many comments about my perspective
as far as female symbolism in your dreams
seeming to want to show
you something or give you a different perspective to consider
perhaps wanting you to pierce the veil?
Recall my recent comment about your post regarding
eggs and the shady lady down under. Recall you wrote
this:" the clearest link to the dream is these lines:
I met a strange lady, she made me nervous
She took me in and gave me breakfast
In the dream, I'm having breakfast with a strange lady
whom I suspect of being a fed."
~~~~~~
You didn't write that you were afraid of her,
rather you insinuated that she made you nervous.
To be nervous is to be anxious, agitated,
which to be shown something we don't want to see
(something outside the box for example).
When we become 'FED Up', with the illusion
is the time when we are forced to Wake Up, Wake Up.
So in your dream your wife shows you three mores
( more more and more )
Three being symbolic of creation from
the 'intercourse/marriage' of the male and female.
2 into One. The Union aka The Singularity.
Recall my many many comments about the symbolism
of One especially where it concerns androgyny/singularity.
In other words a new creation i.e. offspring.
In the Sea and Sky illustration in this post note the wording:
Everything ALL at ONCE.
As I've shared I believe that everything is connected.
In my recent comment about my 2023 dream titled "Ron
Robinette , Third National Bank" note again
another three connection.
Also recall I shared in my comment that IRL
I was a bank teller first at Third National which was bought
out by Society Bank and then by Key.
Recall I shared a photo of the Society Bank Dayton
Mall brass key I bought on Ebay ( 2 years after the dream ).
And speaking of unions and Societies you wrote this in your
Wonderful Mountain of Apes post :
"My post "A feast for the god of war"
made me think of the fact that in childhood I was
the president of two "societies":
the War Society and the
Wonderful Mountain Apes Society".
~~~~~~
Society etymology,
Copy and paste:
1530s, "companionship, friendly association with others,"
from Old French societe "company"
(12c., Modern French société),
from Latin societatem (nominative societas)
"fellowship, association,
****alliance, union,****
The meaning "group, club" is from 1540s,
originally of associations
of persons for some specific purpose.
The meaning "people bound by neighborhood
and ****intercourse aware
of living together in an ordered community"

Part 2
The very first thing I thought of when I read this
new post was this:
I'd like to be under the sea in an octopus's garden in the shade"--
The Beatles
Recall I recently commented about the song
and what I believe to be the symbolism
of Octopuses Garden.
The second thing I thought while reading your post
was a 1964 television show titled
Voyage to the Botton of the Sea and the third thing I thought
of was 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea by Jules Verne.
A book btw I've never read but I've heard of.
I thought that perhaps it's the latter that may be
the symbolism to follow so I googled 20,000 Leagues
Under the Sea's wiki page.
Reading a bit about the storyline of the book I found the character
Captain Nemo very interesting indeed as his character
seems to mirror my own especially this part:
"Nemo is Latin for 'no one' or 'nobody'.
and this:..... when Cyrus Smith addresses him as Captain Nemo,
the latter replies, "I have no name!"
~~~~~~
This speaks to me to mean that we are more ,more and more
than our physical bodies
which the physical body is just a cloak the soul is
wrapped in like a cocoon.
Note that the word league means unions as well.
copy and paste:
"league(n.1)
"alliance," mid-15c., ligg, from French ligue
"confederacy, league" (15c.),
from Italian lega, from legare "to tie, to bind,"
from Latin ligare "to bind."
~~~~~~~
I also found this very interesting that Captain
Nemo says this:
copy and paste:
"The sea doesn't belong to tyrants. On its surface they can
still stake their evil claims,
battle each other, devour each other, haul every earthly horror.
But thirty feet below sea level, their power ceases,
their influence fades,
their domination vanishes!
Ah, sir, live! Live in the heart of the seas!
Here alone do I find independence!
Here I recognize no superiors! Here I'm free."
~~~~~~~~~
Yet again, and IMHO this sentiment mirrors my own.
I believe that water is powerful especially
as it relates to the intuition.
Our opponents do not own the seas and the
sees and the skies, we do when we transcend
their illusion and when we transcend their illusion,
we're free.
Transcending the illusion is the same as
Piercing the Veil, no?
I'm not surprised that this particular post about the sea
is today Feb 19th.
The first day of the first decan Pisces.
Follow the symbolism.
William,
I want to add just one more point.
To be 'half under the sea' ( the title of this post )
suggests that you're not fully immerged yet.
You're still seeing with your two physical eyes.
It's the Third Eye that 'sees/seas' beyond the illusion.
William,
I just noticed in the Sea and the Sky thumbnail illustration
there is the red (sun?) and the blue (moon?) symbolism.
Yes, the golden clothing is going to point right to Pharazon, of course (standing in a desert, no less)! As does the fact that his face is that of the Sun, which I think ties very directly to those song lyrics from your dream.
"Half under the sea" is, as you called out, a pretty direct reference to Eressea and its splitting in half (Ki-Abroam swung the ax, but Pharazon and the Numenoreans were the cause, according to Daymon's story).
In dressing up in his golden clothes, I've guessed that Pharazon was trying to be someone who is not, a Being I've referred to as the Sun. This then gets to those other lyrics "Bornya, I really want to be ya". You took this as wanting to be in Borneo, but the lyrics were about being Bornea, not being in Bornea, and I think this means that Bornea is a person, and not a place.
I think we should look at Bornea as Elvish (and potentially an English word game as well given "Born"). Both "Bor" and "Born" seem to be relevant root words to the identity of this person. You could have it be Bor-nya/ Born-ya, for example, which gives us both "The Ancient Trusty/ Faithful Man" as well as "Ancient Stone"... both references to Joseph and his Rose Stone. That is further supported by seeing the other meaning of Bor/Born, which is both "Hot" and "Red".
Anyway, Pharazon wanted to play the role of Joseph, so the lyrics in this context make complete sense.
I had a dream this morning that ties, I think, to the overall story of a person crossing the "sea" (sky/ space/ spacetime) and going to the Moon, like Carlson in your dream. It's short, so I will share it in a follow-up.
It was a short dream scene. I was in my kitchen, and on the center island counter was a loose jumble of checks. On the top check was written in very nice cursive, "We will lead you". Once I read the phrase, I woke up.
It was a busy day, so didn't give it much thought until earlier this evening. I was trying to think about what would be the meaning of a pile of checks (I am talking like banking checks). I looked up the word "check" on Etymonline, and think I have a reasonable answer for some clever symbolism.
One meaning of check is "a pattern of squares in alternative colors". This type of thing came up again recently with the Pied Piper and his clothing, for example, in some remarks on your Three of Pentacles card, but a checked pattern has also been used very specifically in the symbolism of Spacetime, or the Warp and Woof - the weaving - of our universe.
My story involves traversing that checked pattern of spacetime to another place. I've used the symbolism of Orion, called Menelmacar "The Swordsman of the Sky", and his path across the sky to point to that event. I've also referenced that in that journey Orion follows after the Pleiades star cluster, also called the 7 Sisters, and used that symbolism to support the guess that Urion/ Orion - i.e., Eonwe/ Fionwe... the Sun/ Son - will follow those Sisters, who represent the 7 Daughters of Asenath.
So, given all of that, it would seem the "We" that was referenced on the check I saw would be a reference to those Daughters, and came from them. It wouldn't be the first time I've guessed they were the source of a message.
The title for that dream album More More More! also seems to support the Pharazonic/ Numenorean symbolism here.
The Numenoreans assaulted both Eressea and Aman because they wanted "more". This actually gets back to that excel-sort message you picked out back in 2024, where some speaker was asking why a group of people had to 'come and buy' even when they had every need provided for them.
The "more" they wanted was eternal life - more years tacked on.
What is interesting is the Elvish homonym/ word game here, which I believe directly supports this interpretation. More/Mor, in Elvish, gives us "Dark, Night, Black". We've had Dark come up quite a bit, and you just tagged it again in the note you added here.
It is the Dark that Pharazon and the Numenoreans specifically were led to worship at Sauron's instigation, as he used their fear of death (and their desire for "more") to bring this about:
"And Ar-Pharazôn said: 'Who is the Lord of the Darkness?'
"Then behind locked doors Sauron spoke to the King, and he lied, saying: 'It is he whose name is not now spoken; for the Valar have deceived you concerning him, putting forward the name of Eru, a phantom devised in the folly of their hearts, seeking to enchain Men in servitude to themselves. For they are the oracle of this Eru, which speaks only what they will. But he that is their master shall yet prevail, and he will deliver you from this phantom; and his name is Melkor, Lord of All, Giver of Freedom, and he shall make you stronger than they.'
"Then Ar-Pharazôn the King turned back to the worship of the Dark, and of Melkor the Lord thereof, at first in secret, but ere long openly and in the face of his people;"
So, an album titled "Dark Dark Dark!" if translated as Elvish is pretty direct statement here.
The astronaut picture is pretty clearly based on the Romantic painting, Wanderer Above the Sea of Fog.
True, Jacob. That painting has appeared on this blog before.
