Synchronicity: I was just listening to Little Lord Fauntleroy and the charming young boy just said "Shiver my timbers!" causing a laughter on the ship. I pause to check out my favorite blogs and see this post! I don't think I've ever heard or seen the term shiver *my* timbers. (I'm accustomed to the *me* variety).
I thought I listened to corny music and then I heard this song. The Land Before Time soundtrack by James Horner and Diana Ross is a personal favorite (the original, not the subsequent musical iterations!)
