The character that caught my attention because of the blue-green circle it is in (暨) is the one that means "and." The whole thing reads 三昧水懺暨超拔法會, "Samadhi Water Repentance [the name of a text they're going to recite] and soul transcendence ceremony."
My post "The Blue-Green Abelard" uses the phrase "blue-green ambiguity" several times, so it is interesting that 三昧, which is meant to be a phonetic approximation of the Sanskrit word samadhi consists of the character for "three" followed by a character meaning "ambiguity." Besides "ambiguity," it can also mean "stupid, foolish," potentially linking it to "The Gorming of Jeff."
That post also included the idea of an "assembly," so it's worth noting that 法會 in isolation means "dharma assembly" -- but the first character, although it means "dharma" in a Buddhist context, can also mean "France, French." So 法國國會 (adding the character for "country" twice in the middle) means "French parliament."
I suppose Abelard (who was French, incidentally) is connected with the idea of "and," since his most famous work is titled Yes and No, a conjunction of opposites.

Is that text on a sign or something?
I've had "Colors" (as linked in a recent email) stuck on/off in my head for several days now. Your snarky response to me on "The Blue-Green Abelard" mentions red and blue together, as does the bridge of "Colors". I'll also note that purple/indigo/violet (usage is annoyingly ambiguous) is my favourite colour, specifically shades close to those used for the Nintendo GameCube and the famous packaging of Cadbury chocolate.

Today, some quirk of my thinking started blending parts of other songs into "Colors". It took a moment to recognise one of the verses in Of Monsters and Men's "Little Talks", and later the first verse of No Doubt's "Just A Girl". The former came up in some 2023 syncposts -- a search for "monsters and men" sorted by date includes a few posts with topics currently relevant (such as Om and luck/fortune). The latter starts with, "Take this pink ribbon off my eyes", synching with an article I came across the other day.
https://angelreadingsbyzara.com/breathe-pink-rejuvenation/
It's a notice posted outside a Buddhist association. I saw it because it's right across from the animal hospital where I have unfortunately been spending a lot of time lately.
Although the color used in my school's branding really ought to be "Eton blue" (which is a shade of green, go figure), in fact it is something extremely close to Cadbury/GameCube purple. I'm wearing a T-shirt of that color right now.
Oh no... One of your cats, or some other animal?
That is a remarkable sync. Why the purple, instead of "blue"?
Three of my cats got sick (with three different conditions) all at the same time. Nothing life-threatening, but it does mean lots of trips to the vet.
I inherited the school name and logo from the previous owner, so I’m not sure why purple was chosen. Perhaps because of its “royal” associations.
*raises an eyebrow* Two pairs of threes.
I'm glad it's not serious. Too bad taking them all at once is out of the question. I have a hard enough time with just one!
I was on mobile when I made those first two comments. At my PC, I remembered something else... and it's actually more relevant now!
Jumping onto Guild Wars 2 earlier today -- for the first time since your "Buckets, bathtubs, and seas of stories" post -- I found I'd forgotten a major update was due this week. Reading through the changelog, I realised I'd also forgotten about the game's annual April Fools stuff, and for the first time since I'd started playing (almost 11 years ago now)... but hey, gotta prioritise more important things, right?
Though I'm nowhere near being able to access the minigame added for April Fools this year, 2020's simpler addition is still available to me via special tonics, originally sent by "The King of All Cats". And people have put up videos, of course. (Ooh, Wiki's examples of chatoyancy are kind of amber-like.)

William,
Although this is off topic with you post, ( or perhaps not)
I just wanted to share this with you as this
headline appeared on the Drudge Report.
The only reason why I'm commenting
is because this article is about what I've been predicting
since about Feb of 2015 when I was still able to 'speak' on
comments on YouTube which of course
( and as I shared ) I was 'banned' from YT in 2020.
The Cassandra effect I guess.
As you read the article recall my prediction
about ( what we will be told is only temporary)
ushering in of a Technocracy
via a Triumvirate Governance, which in
turn lay the foundation for ushering in
The New Atlantis which
I believe will, most likely than not, happen after a
cyberattack event at the Golden Gate
on the 40th parallel north and at another time
another event at the Shushan Gate aka
The Golden Gate in Israel which will usher
in the building of The Third Temple.
I don't know if you've been following politics in America
or not, but just the other week I told Marshall
that all of this recent 'rivalry' between Musk and Trump
is just a red herring designed to plant seeds
and Lo and behold it appears I may be right.
When I saw the article yesterday ( June 5 )
I told Marshall: " We're getting closer".
Here's the article :

William,
I also just found this broadcast of the ABC

Interestingly I think these recent

including and symbolically

It's been a miserably cold and wet day here today; running on little sleep, in mid-afternoon I curled up in bed for a nap. The room was fairly dark on waking, but instead of turning on the bedside table lamp I reached for the remote to link related (this year's birthday gift from Mum). I've mostly been setting it to red, late at night, to offset my computer screens' blue light (along with filtering software); this time I flicked through a few colours before settling on white, and laid there a little while, watching the RGB trippiness.

My aurora-in-a-box links back to the Aurora Consurgens as mentioned in "Buckets, bathtubs, and seas of stories", and the griffon there has some blue-green blending going on. (Also, the GW2 lion-griffon I showed off in the comments? I chose that purple and -- shit, that's Eton blue! -- years ago, as opposed to the default colours shown in the pic below.)

That blue-green griffin I posted was also a repaint of the original, which had no green.
Your comment made me think of this poem by Walt Kelly:
Oh, roar a roar for Nora,
Nora Alice in the night,
For she has seen Aurora
Borealis burning bright.
A furore for our Nora!
And applaud Aurora seen!
Where, throughout the Summer, has
Our Borealis been?
I assume throughout the northern summer it pops down to the other hemisphere and moonlights as Aurora Australis.
Now I think about it, during a visit with some relatives earlier this week, there was a brief mention of a news report on auroras appearing down here, so you might be right!

That poem reminds me of a Warframe character: wiki.warframe.com/w/Nora_Night
A couple nights ago, I randomly got the thought to replay the game "Myst". Puzzle games are my favorite, and Myst has nostalgic value in that category.
Last night, I finished the main game, only to find that just it received an update. Now after completing the game, you could visit a new Age called "Rime", which was a completely new Age to me (I guess it may have been included in other versions of Myst, but never in the one I have).
It would be hard to explain in the comments just how synchy this Age has been, so I won't, but will note the world was completely covered in ice and snow (conceptually like Numenor), the need to look through Stone "lenses" at Books in order to see things, including full images of other worlds (like the Spectacles, and like the Palantiri). Humpback Whales even factor into this thing. One major element that didn't even seem relevant, but ties to the comment you just left here, is the Age requires you to create an Aurora Borealis as the right light frequency in the sky in order to see through the Stones.
But on the Numenor theme, and tying to your "Blue-Green", the company who created Myst is called Cyan. I realized this morning that Cyan is a blue-green color. Cyan, you may recall, came up prominently on my blog to illustrate the restoration of Numenor. In the animation, our view first goes along the ground then ascends up a mountain to look at a globe (world, in my view) that descends on top of the peak. The perspective shifts, and as we look up at the world from down below, another smaller world is inserted. I had imagined this as Numenor returning to its position as the intermediate step and missing link between our world and Heaven/ Aman.
Here is a link to the Cyan animation:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6O7Xi9FS2z0
Anyway, it was interesting to realize that there had been this link all along between Blue-Green, through the name of Cyan, and the concept of Numenor's restoration.
I remembered that logo video but had forgotten the company was called Cyan. That blue-green theme really has been there all along, going all the way back to Wooma the Light Light Light Light Turquoise Wizard. Then in 2017 I decided to buy a school that shares its name with a green shade of “blue.”
“Rime” is frost, but there’s also The Rime of the Ancient Mariner, the poem by Coleridge, which seems relevant.
The name Myst itself is a link to Daymon, whose old blog was called (after a line from one of his Words books) These Mystry Woods.
Rime also could be a play on words, linking to the Elvish "Rim". Rim means "Crowd, host, great number", etc. You mention in your Gorming of Jeff dream that you felt this had something to do with an assembly as well. Another name for a gathering of a great crowd or number of people is called an assembly.
In my mind, this also links your "Rime of the Ancient Mariner" reference to "The True Song of the Wandering Aengus" that Claire mentioned to you.
You noted that in your Blue-Green Abelard post you used the phrase "Blue-green ambiguity" several times. The word ambiguous is from ambigere, which in its literal sense means "to wander, go about, go around". I've obviously associated the "Abelard" in question with Pharazon on one level, at least in how you've used it in some instances, so this seemed relevant. We have some Blue-Green thing that is associated with this word meaning to wander.
In bringing up the True Song of the Wandering Aengus, Claire chose to do it in a "Masonic" sense, and in my mind this would more than likely be referencing an LDS temple endowment ceremony. In my view, the endowment gives us some clue as to need for the restoration of Numenor in order to have a world for those of us on the Telestial Kingdom to go to as an interim step on the way back ultimately to Aman/ Heaven. The Endowment basically symbolically maps the path we take from our current world to where we need to go.
This concept also brings us to the name of Myst. Besides being a link to Daymon, it also could be a reference to what Lehi called "Mists of Darkness" (and I think this also works with Daymon as well, obviously!). The path which includes Numenor that I believe will be created leading back to the Tree was viewed by both Lehi and Nephi as leading people back through those Mists.
That path would be the "railroad" leading us back - the road or path with a rail leading alongside it.
Good call on the reference to your school having a name meaning a green shade of blue, and so the color going back quite awhile. Seems like a pretty strong reference.
These Whales in the Age of Rime would seem to further link that word to a Mariner, and thus the Rime of the Ancient Mariner. I mean, there is no functional purpose to these Whales in the game - they are just there to look at and observe on this frozen world.
I had a strange dream about Whales last night, actually.
In the dream, a person was explaining to me that my name was Henry (or Harry - I wrote down both, but then realized later that Harry is considered a nickname for Harry, so figured it may have been both). I was told I was an alien, and as such, my skeleton was entirely comprised of "Whale Bone". As the person put it "Every bone in your body is made up of Whale Bone".
Strange dream, and there were some other strange dreams afterward.
Later in the day, I remembered that we had the Whales/ Wales wordplay, with Wales referring to a "stranger, foreigner" (and also as a term for a French person), which is what alien means, so the notion of an Alien having Whale/ Wale bones I guess made sense.
There is also a specific term that means "whalebone", and that is baleen, which seemed interesting looking at that word in both English and Elvish (components, anyway), and potential symbolism there.
Baleen is made of the same substance as Hair is, so that also seemed potentially significant given the symbolism of Hair, Harry/ Hairy, etc.
I don't know if this factors in either, but I will list it here just in case, as it continues this Bones theme.
A couple days ago I was thinking of the Roman Reigns storyline. In the story I abandoned at the end of last year, I had Roman Reigns as Pharazon (and Peter). In my story, Pharazon would have been 'sick' just like the other Numenoreans, made even more so by the personal attention of Sauron.
One of the main WWE storylines for Roman Reigns was/ is that he has cancer. He is also sick, in other words. He still takes treatment for it. The cancer he has, chronic myeloid leukemia, specifically targets bone marrow. The cancer is in the bones and affects the bloods cells made there.
I thought of this, and the name of the Second Token of the Melchizedek Priesthood in the LDS endowment came to my mind. That name is given to the initiate at the veil because they have not yet received it... just like you had not received the True Song of Wandering Aengus, and so Claire needed to tell it to you. Your Claire interaction very much had that "give it to you at the veil" vibe for me.
In that name given at the veil in the temple, it specifically addresses "marrow in the bones", as a blessing of health and healing.
It was a loose tie at least, and I don't know if it factors in, but thinking on my dream of Whale Bones last night reminded me of how I thought of that for a little bit.
And sorry, when I said "I had Roman Reigns as Pharazon (and Peter)", I meant I saw the symbolic links there in the storyline that was playing out. Not that Roman Reigns was Pharazon (that was you instead, of course). Just clarifying.
The idea of an alien with a whalebone skeleton (which would be much more flexible than one of true bone) makes me think of the Mushroom Planet books, where the people from that planet have “compressible” bones.
This morning, I received a homework assignment from a student, a composition about how they would spend one free day if money were no object. It includes this sentence:
"At night, we would go to Northern Europe and ride the 'Aurora Train' into the snowy world, watching the northern lights dance across the sky."
Auroras, railroads, and a snowy world have all come up in the comments here. "Dance across the sky" is also an interesting turn of phrase in light of Bill's "skywalk" concept.
"The Mariner hath his will" (Rime), cf. "If others have their will Ann hath a way" (Ulysses)
My youngest son wanted to rent "Minecraft", the movie, tonight. One of the main protagonists, of course wearing a red hoodie the entire movie, is named Henry, catching my attention since that was the name from my dream this morning of the alien with whale bones.
I read your comment about Mushroom Planet while watching the movie, and sure enough, just a little while later, Henry ends inside a Mushroom House in the middle of a Mushroom Village. He does this a little while after riding on a railroad that requires "Red Stone" in order to move forward. Funny.
But I really started to pay attention to Jack Black, who plays Steve, the original Minecraft character or 'skin'. Jack Black gives us Black John, and Steve means "Crown, Garland", a reference to a Black King or Chief, perhaps.
What color shirt would you say Steve is wearing here? Blue-green?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=41O_MydqxTU
Jack Black wears it all movie. I looked up the original Minecraft Steve, and his shirt was even more Cyan:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steve_%28Minecraft%29
This is when my mind made another Jack Black connection. He is the voice actor for Po, the Panda in Kung Fu Panda. A symbolic link to China (and thus you, potentially), the Pied Panda has come up as a symbol plenty of times before.
Po is short for a name that means Precious Peace in Chinese, I guess, but is also a name in English. In that other meaning, it is Peacock. Peacock, besides being a bird known for its colorful tail/tale, is also a term used to describe a person who dresses and struts around in a vain or ostentatious way. Pharazon, with his gold suit, would have been a peacock, in other words.
One of those Panda symbols was in Anchorman, with our red friend Ron Burgundy. It was the story of a Panda giving birth at a zoo that was the major finale plot point. This idea of birth sort of points to this notion of being reborn, becoming like a little child, innocent, etc. A Panda's rebirth, maybe.
Actually, now that I think of it, Jack Black was also in Ron Burgundy, and riding your favorite mode of transportation:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xaNsIP4jLSY
I just noticed in that Ron Burgundy clip, Jack Black asks Burgundy to fix his 'chopper'. Obviously the name for his motorcycle, but the word was interesting given the above context.
To chop something means to cut/ cut off with a blow. We've been talking about fixing the damage done as a result of Pharazon's assault, which involved the Ki-Abroam and Eru apparently doing some chopping.
On Pandas, I forgot to tie back to the recent references to the Bamboo Garden and Bamboo Lounge, from Saturday Night Fever and Goodfellas. Those restaurant names make it sound like a good place to grab Bamboo, and I hear Pandas really like that stuff. It's like all they eat.
Looking up Henry from the Minecraft movie, I find that he's played by an actor named Sebastian (i.e. Boster) and that his weapon of choice appears to be an axe. That fits with your idea that Boster the Nose = Tom Bombadil = Ki-Abroam.
Interesting dream, Bill. William made several whale-related posts in 2022, starting with the first link below. I'm not gonna link 'em all -- you're better off searching for "whale" and scrolling through -- but the listed ones caught my eye.

On April 8, I had a peculiar dream of my own. Dream-me found a fleshy tentacle-like thing growing out of one side of my head, from the back of the skull. At the tentacle's tip were tiny fingers, much like those of a foetus except maybe without bones. The discovery had me realise I was an alien, and I wondered about my "real" parents.
After waking, I compared the tentacle to Knuckles the Echidna's dreads and certain Star Wars aliens, and the fingers to sea anemones and a scene in the first Deadpool movie. For whatever reason, the linked clip includes the scene directly following, as well as the movie trailer... more relevant now than I'd thought.

I don't remember Henry using an axe in the film, but I looked him up and found a studio shot of him holding an axe, so maybe he did at one point.
He was strongly associated with flight, however. At the beginning of the movie, he is told to paint a picture of an orange and a banana. He sees the image differently than others, however, and imagines the orange wearing the banana as a jetpack. This leads him to invent a prototype jetpack that initially fails.
At the end of the movie, he is shown finally inventing a successful jetpack. As he turns his back, we see a large number "15" on the back of the pack, which is a direct hit. I've suggested there are 14 additional people left to initially gather, with the character Henry represents as the 15th.
The actor's full name is Sebastien Eugene Hanson - he makes a point to list his middle name for whatever reason in all of his casting, it looks like. Eugene is another strong hit for this character symbol. We've seen it before with Willy Wonka (Gene/ Eugene Wilder) and Flynn Rider from Tangled (whose real name was Eugene).
Here is the video clip of Henry at the end with his jetpack, showing the number 15 (the 15 has no relevance in the movie - it is just a random number... maybe his age, perhaps). The clip also features Jack Black singing a song called "I Feel Alive", perhaps pointing to this notion of a rebirth/ being born again.

In fact, here is the entire song that the Black Jack sings.

In your post where you decided to keep writing (and unbanned me), you concluded your opening sentence with "F- it. Let's rock."
Black starts out by asking "Are you ready to rock?", and then interestingly talks about being stuck "like a stone down in the nether", before singing about other interesting things.
In my story, I had originally had Peter-Pharazon learning from what is on a Stone. This was the "Play for Patrick" theme represented by the number 96, which I also tied to Patrick's consumption of the 5 cereals in your William Alizio story..
Since we are on fire with Jack Black right now, I will mention that he starred in a movie titled "School of Rock". Sounds like a place where one learns from a rock.
WG,
I will look at those. If I remember right, William also tied DeForest Kelley to Dee and Kelley. He's made mention of Dee and Kelley's Whale Vision. DeForest Kelley played the character called "Bones" in Star Trek, which would tie to Whale Bones.
I actually had thought of a dream William shared in which he telepathically viewed a large whale (from "the professor"), and compared it to a Railway Station, and then a later dream of trying to follow a narrow road.
This notion of creating a Railroad, that is the same thing as the strait and narrow road to the Tree, has been prevalent, and this seemed relevant in this particular instance.
Here is the post.
https://narrowdesert.blogspot.com/2024/09/whales-and-narrow-roads.html
Your dream of the tentacle coming out of your head brought to mind "Head Spider", though in its octopus-like form. A condition we likely all suffer from at this stage of the game. As the Cranberries asked "What's in your head?"
The fifth mainline Elder Scrolls title is called Skyrim, named for the game's setting. The folklore of the region's Men, the Nords, includes invisible "snow-whales" that live in the skies. The relevant link's mention of whale bones reminded me of the Ehlnofey (translating to "Earthbones"), spirits that formed the world's races and rules of nature.

Going by Bill's first Minecraft comment -- stamped with a personally-auspicious time -- I may be more familiar with the actual game than he. (I'm reluctant to see the movie, it looks cringe and a bit uncanny valley, and nowadays Jack Black misses my funny bone more than he hits.) Steve's name is sometimes given as "Steve?", reflecting that lore-wise the player avatar is a blank slate and its appearance can be changed; his default female counterpart, Alex, wears a green shirt. Other skins are provided but players can make their own (as I did) or look at online submissions.
Moving to Anchorman for a moment: a longer cut of Jack's scene came up in the YouTube sidebar for me. Turns out Jack's character is named Steve!

The Redstone seen in the Minecraft movie clip is actually a dust, dug up from ores found deep underground. Its main use is in forming circuits and powering other objects -- how that "railroad" works -- which can be used for automation. Over time, dedicated players have made some ridiculously complex stuff in the game. The meme goes "can X run [some form of] Doom", but in some ways I'm more impressed at the original Pokémon running within the game.

Late last year, I was invited to a small Minecraft server through my friend J, who knows the game much better than I do; by chance, the server will close on Monday. J and I played together on-off, sometimes co-operating and sometimes working on stuff separately. While I explored, tested out shaders (files that affect how the game renders/looks) and bumbled around with building a base, he gradually replicated a giant floating "tower" from a favourite challenge map. My PC's more powerful than his, so I took some nice screenshots of the tower for him; one of my favourite shaders adds aurora effects to the night sky.

The villain of Kung Fu Panda 2 is an albino peacock, which goes with Bill's interpretation of things somewhat.

For whatever it's worth, there was no trace of anything sinister in my dream. I see it as an omen of Good discoveries to come.
WG:
That may be, so just take my own read/ initial impression for what it is. Just a guess.
I have not seen tentacles and their associated symbols in a positive way, honestly. And just because something doesn't seem or feel sinister, doesn't mean it isn't. To tie to the Odyssey theme, the Sirens lured sailors to their deaths not because they seemed sinister, but because they seemed just the opposite. Might be extreme to think in such terms, but I've brought up "The Voice of Saruman" as a reminder of the type of Beings and power we are dealing with - Beings who can literally make the sinister and bad appear good, and vice versa.
So, we have to think through things beyond how they initially seem, and realize we are going to get it wrong sometimes. I have "WW" in my tag, one reason being a reminder of Walter White (who dealt in Cyan/ Blue-Green colored Meth, by the way, a highly addictive, brain-altering drug) and the fact that some sort of influence from Saruman, and Ungoliant, in our lives and minds is inescapable at this point.
As another pertinent example, the Numenoreans listened to Sauron not because he seemed evil to them, but quite the opposite. He was in his fair form and spoke good things to them, probably many of them true things.
This morning, I remembered the that Octopus and Tentacles were a prominent theme on Daymon's Cultural History series. In fact, if you do a search for his website, These Mystry Woods, on Google you will see in the logo next to the link in the search results, a small image of an Octopus. This could be an artifact of when the Octopus was the primary artwork featured on earlier versions of his website. The website now is plain, in visiting it again just now, but I remember the Octopus because it was such a strange symbol to display.
Doesn't mean a symbol will always be negative. Look at your pink spider, for instance.
That is true. Though the Pink Spider is just one storyline from 2024 that I ultimately revisited. My first intuition in that dream was to kill the spider. That may have ultimately been correct, no matter how cute the spider appeared to be. Hard to say, though.
Considering your later comments on "The Frozen Man and Yellow Submarine", has it crossed your mind that the pink spider could represent the syncs?
Definitely. The whole reason I thought through the Pink Spider dream the and explored some interpretations the way I did was an attempt to make sense of the syncs.
In the dream, I was looking for the Queen Bee, who I interpreted as Izilba-Eowyn. I know you have very different views, but in my story Eowyn is currently not on this Earth and she is in possession of the Ithil Stone and writings which I believe are the Book of the Lamb.
The Book of the Lamb is described in the Book of Mormon as having "plain and precious" things on it. Meaning, easy to understand, and I don't think subject to interpretation, guessing, etc. That story will be clear, at least in its initial state. That is true regardless of whether my own guesses are correct.
That is pretty much the opposite of syncs, which as we are currently experiencing, are widely subject to interpretation, viewpoints, whatever. Though really interesting to think through, they are not simple or plain, and I wouldn't bet the farm on anything I conclude based on them.
So, in the dream, you can easily interpret my not finding the missing Queen but being presented with the Pink Spider as not really a positive development or a fair swap. The Queen Bee would be better. Or, to my point above, you can interpret the dream completely differently, as I also explored on my blog. Who knows.
In any case, going back to what brought up the pink spider in this discussion, the tentacle and hand you described coming out of your head, in addition to other things, would be something that raises a flag for me, as my own guess, but you could definitely see it the other way as well, as you have.
