Another book called The Tree of Life

In yesterday's "Mud huts, Communion, and the Tree of Life," I read a reference to the Zulu holy man Credo Mutwa, looked him up on Wikipedia, and discovered that he had written a graphic novel called The Tree of Life Trilogy.

Today I happened to hear someone on a podcast pronounce Sedona, the city in Arizona, as Sedoña. I'd never heard that pronunciation and wondered if anyone else pronounced it that way, so I looked the city up on Wikipedia. Apparently it's an error. It's an invented name with no Spanish etymology.

While I was looking through that article, I noticed on a list of notable people from Sedona the name Israel Regardie, the Golden Dawn occultist. I know little about this person but had assumed he was British and was surprised to see him listed there. When I clicked to see what his connection to the city in Arizona might be, I read in the second paragraph of his Wikipedia article that while in England "he wrote two books on the Qabalah, A Garden of Pomegranates and The Tree of Life."

Just how many people have written books called The Tree of Life?

Since I am so interested in magic, I am always coming across the Qabala/ Kabbalah "tree of life" ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tree_of_life_(Kabbalah) ) - although it is almost-entirely un-like a tree.

I have "given this my best shot" but I still find the Q/K categorization to be numbingly dull and un-inspiring - as well as obviously-wrong as a representation of ultimate reality.

The fact that some of my chosen-mentors (notably Dion Fortune and Gareth Knight) have derived considerable spiritual nourishment from this, and written so much about it; just goes to show that people can go a long way towards truth and goodness, despite enthrallment to false and lifeless systems - when the individual people concerned are of good nature and have good intent.

I've run into that a lot as well, Bruce, and my opinion is similar to yours. (The same goes for the I Ching.) It's not very surprising that someone in the Golden Dawn wrote a book with that title. What is surprising is that I found it by looking up Sedona, Arizona -- just one day after finding another work with the same title by looking up a Zulu holy man.

Communion, eh? How many people have written a book titled “Communion”? Notable race realist Jaydee Vance has published one such book this very month!

William,
part 1 of 2
 And speaking of trees and evergreens with no leaves
and eves  and  snakes and dogs named Jake, twins,
and Zulu Shaman named Credo  and snakes
and bloodlines and EL's  OH MY!!!!

.... I had yet another very interesting experience
yesterday June 24 that connects to many
of my puzzle pieces and the  riddle above.

Back story:
As I shared a few days ago this recent experience
 started with Marshall walking out to the mailbox
to get my fish wave kimono sleeve jacket that I had ordered
a few days before.

At the mailbox a man (his name is Thomas)
approached Marshall asking if he (Marshall)
would be interested in having tree work done
which we did.
It took 3 days for the all the work and
unfortunately very expensive ;-((

As stated we have a gazillion trees on
our property and on Tues as Thomas,
Marshall and I were inspecting the work
 that his tree crew had done on Tuesday we found
yet another very tall evergreen tree that was
dead from the roots up ( there was only
a little foliage at the very top ).

 Thomas hadn't seen it before when he quoted
the price and suggested that evergreen
should be taken down as well. I didn't
want any more evergreens taken down
and hesitated at first and as we were walking
away, I ' coincidently' looked back at the
tree and recalled the propane tank was buried
there and told Thomas. He said, "I'm so glad you saw
that!!!  If that tree would have fallen ( and it
would had very soon) it could have created
an explosion because of the tank buried so
close."

That was yet another OMG moment for me!
I told you William, about the first odd OMG experience
with the Sweet Gum tree that Thomas
had told us about.

So yesterday as we were inspecting the final
work, Thomas told us of yet another interesting
find. He said as he was working near one
of our outbuildings he found 5 black snakes!
Thomas told us that he had an almost
death experience with a boa constrictor when
he was young and he hated snakes and killed
two of ours.

Marshall didn't like that Thomas had killed the snakes
as Marshall likes snakes and commented that
they keep the mice population down which
of course that's important for us living in woods.

When Thomas told us about the snakes
I immediately  thought of not only my two
odd experiences with  snakes, the first
being with Jacob and the black snake
in the house 3 or was it 4? years ago,
but also  the following year
a black snake I spotted as I was sitting outside on
a beautiful day.
The black snake and I were staring at
each other.

Part 2
Marshall cave over to me and the snake and
the snake slithered away from us. I then moved
my chair to the porch and lo and behold,
the snake must have turned around, because
Marshall and I saw him slithering towards the porch.

Marshall, while standing on the porch,
 tried to get the snake away with a broom
and the snake moved back and forth trying
to get to me on the porch. It was wild!!
I commented on your blog about it.

Coincidently at around that same time as the two
snake experiences I had been researching once
again an odd dream that I had in about 2005 which
I titled that dream: Gymnasium.

In the gym dream I walked inside a gym
with beautiful highly polished wood floors.
( Interesting the wood/tree connection!  )
In the middle of the gym I saw a small group
of people sitting in chairs in a circle.

There was one empty chair, which I felt was mine.
I took my place and the ' leader' of the group
said " Welcome". He then called my name
which was a long name beginning with M.
It wasn't an English name.

The leader then told me that I could have anything that
I wanted, which I felt meant having metaphysical power
aka the Siddhis powers.

Since 2005 every now and then I'd do a bit of research
regarding the symbolism in my Gym dream and really couldn't
find any meaning that I thought connected to it.

And then lo and behold one day , I think it
was around 2015 or so I was reading something (
I forgot what) and it mentioned the Greek meaning
of Gymnasium, and that puzzle piece clicked immediately.

Fast forward to 2023 when I had the first
black snake experience, and researching about snakes
I randomly found the Greek deity Melampus
and immediately I knew
 I'd found my big picture!!
Copy and paste: asterisks mine
"Melampus' reputation as a seer spawned myths
that verge on anecdote,
to account for his gift, the offering of serpents.
In one, as a young boy, he told his servants not to kill two snakes.
Grateful, the snakes gave Melampus
the ability to speak with animals.

Another version says that he found a mother snake
 that had been crushed under a cart and two orphaned babies.
 Rather than leaving them he gave the snake a burial
and raised the young ones. To thank him they licked his
*****ears ****so clean that he was
**** able to understand animals.***
~~~~~~~~~
 I asterisked ' ears' because of my clairaudience experiences.
 After these recent odd experiences with Thomas the Tree man
and snakes,  just today June 25 I googled  Credo Mutwa and Lo
and Behold what do I find, a video about not only snakes
but what I've been frequently
commenting about which is the significance of
Bloodline, especially RH neg.
Recall I've shared my perspective many times William,
that meaningful syncs happen to us for a very important reason
and that reason is for us to find the big picture, which
answer all the whys.
In the video note Credo Mutwa is wearing copper. I wear copper,
amethyst and gold bracelets.
Copper is a conduit to the 'other side'.
Sync fairies be working overtime.
William,
As I was watching the Credo Mutwa video, I noticed
that he too wears copper bangles. I've collected and worn gold bangles
since the late1980's. I started wearing copper bangles about 4 years ago.
