Hmm, strange song. The album's Bandcamp page says, "The World is Bound by Secret Knots is haunted. What are its ghosts? A lion, a queen, a girl in a tree. And Noe herself seems an interesting woman.

In searching for Noe, some results included "Lion Dreams". Looks like a song from another album, The Summer Storm Journals.
Good find. I really only know Boots and few tracks from Secret Knots; I've never listened to Summer Storm Journals. The lyrics seem to tie right in with the "lazy lions" theme.
Noe is a form of the name Noah (Blue-Green Abelard), while Venable is from the Latin for "hunting-spear."
Running a search for something completely different on here, one result was the below post which mentions Secret Knots in passing.
