I watched The Passion of the Christ for the first time about a week ago. Though I wonder whether the brutality actually reached that level, overall the movie hit deeply. Scrolling down your front page just now, I caught sight of Caviezel's name amongst the tags and figured it was worth a look. I wasn't disappointed.
