Yes, I agree. I also think it's very odd indeed that the Venus Flytrap would be featured out of 850K insects considering the fact that the Venus Flytrap is native to only a small portion of the Carolina's on the 34-degree parallel but not on the 35th as noted by North Carolina Authur Dobbs according to Wiki.

I should mention how I found this. I had downloaded a zipped folder of more than 200 cbr files and used the summaries on dc.fandom.com/wiki/ to see which might be interesting enough to unzip, covert to pdf, and read. I only ended up unzipping a total of 10 issues, including #24 because of its story "The Strange World Named Green Lantern!"
Then, on a hunch, I googled green lantern venus flytrap and found this:

The above page says that #24, one of the 10 issues I had already unzipped and converted, featured "Science information on: the sun's corona, venus fly-trap, radar, and gamma rays, accompanied by illustrations." Almost correct! Actually, it's science information about the number of insect species, accompanied by an illustration of a Venus flytrap.

And Durham is on the 33-degree parallel and the 77 Meridian West (actual
coordinates are 35°59′19″N 78°54′26″W but do factor in the Law of the Three )
The 77th Merdian West of course connects with John Dee and the New Atlantis.
I actually only made mention of the date of June 19 because of the number 19, not necessarily because of the month of June.
